Who we are
FrontForge AI (“we”) provides AI receptionist, review, and website services to local service businesses. Contact: hello@frontforgeai.store.
What we collect
- Contact details you submit on forms (name, email, phone, business info).
- Public business information used to prepare free samples (reviews, Google Business profile content).
- If you become a client: call metadata, transcripts, booking data, and content needed to operate the service.
How we use it
To respond to audit requests, deliver contracted services, improve scripts, and send operational messages. We do not sell personal data.
Website forms
Our free-audit form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards your submission to our inbox. Your entries (and any calculator estimate attached) pass through their service. We do not use advertising trackers. The site loads fonts, styles and icons from Google Fonts, the Tailwind CDN and unpkg, which may receive your IP address as part of normal web requests.
Sharing
We use processors such as voice AI providers, email delivery, and payment processors (e.g. NOWPayments). They process data only to provide their service.
Retention
Lead form data: up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it. Client call recordings/transcripts: per your service agreement (default 90 days unless you request longer).
Your rights
Email hello@frontforgeai.store to access, correct, or delete your data, or to opt out of marketing.
AI disclosure
FrontForge uses automated AI systems to answer phone calls, draft messages, and generate content. Callers and chat users are informed at the first interaction that they are speaking with an AI assistant, not a human. Sensitive matters (pricing disputes, complaints, emergencies) escalate to a human. Example greeting: “Hi, I’m the virtual assistant for [Business Name]…”
